Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • The product must be in resalable condition with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased under Deals & Discounts are non-returnable, unless
  • They are damaged, expired, or incorrect.
    • Opened or used personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, expired, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@soalbeaute.com with clear pictures. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
